One of the most popular dishes in Spain, the typical Paella is perfectly cooked rice with saffron.
We are the only local place that serves Paella by the plate (for one person).

   Seafood Paella, Clams, mussels, scallops, calamari, shrimp and vegetables
• Arroz Negro - Seafood paella with black squid ink
• Paella Lobster - **THE BEST PAELLA** Seafood paella with one whole lobster,
   cooked slowly to get all the flavours : Can be made dry like paella or juicy like Caldereta style

• Paella of meat - Paella of meat is a paella made with stock of Chicken base.
   We add Chicken, Sausage and Chorizo
